Sarah can help boost energy and mental clarity. Using food to help manage stress effectively and improve sleep quality. She will help address ongoing health concerns and optimise overall wellbeing.
All talks, one to one sleep consultation, sleep tools, 2 month check in phone / video
call. All relaxation classes at start and end of day, stargazing experience, wild
swimming and sauna.
